AFchamber HR Academy was launched
On 1 May 2021, AFchamber HR Academy started. 2-month Program aimed to provide training courses to help young HR professionals and students improve their skills and knowledge with practical tools, get ready for the labor market.
Zibar Huseynova, Managing Director at AFchamber opened the first training session. She briefed participants about the AFchamber HR Academy and its objectives and expressed her gratitude to the partner companies. Samira Najafova, Chair of the HR and Labor Regulation Committee informed attendees about the AFchamber HR Academy program details.
Chimnaz Gasimova, Executive Director at Opalus Partners Group participated in the first session as a trainer. She shared her 20-year experience in HR Management with participants. She talked about the basics of HR Management, the evolution of HR in response to the business climate, and explained the modern role of HR. During the interactive session, participants worked on the practical assignments.
