CCIAF HR and Labor Regulations Committee launched a survey

According to the World Health Organization, the Coronavirus pandemic continues to spread across the world.  Business leaders need to take new measures aimed at curbing the impact of the virus on their businesses.

This situation increases the importance of the HR function in each organization for operational interaction with the business to reduce the consequences of the pandemic. Protecting employees and maintaining business sustainability is now one of the priorities of each organization. In a pandemic, the staff management strategies should be formed comprehensively and be based on a clear understanding of the consequences of each decision made, as well as on an updated business strategy to overcome the crisis.

In this regard, CCIAF HR and Labor Regulations Committee launched a survey to identify the COVID-19 outbreak’s impact on companies and their staff. The goal of the survey is to help business owners to share best practices, to see the real situation and its effects on business and personnel.
