The Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AFchamber) was inaugurated in the presence of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the President of the French Republic, Mr. Francois Hollande on 12th May 2014 in Baku, Heydar Aliyev Centre.

AFchamber is a non-governmental organization, with the key mission to promote public-private partnership and further develop business and commercial relations between Azerbaijan and France.

What AFchamber offer:

  • Facilitate dialogue with the government bodies: Leveraging its excellent cooperation with state bodies, AFchamber acts as a platform for a dialogue between our members and the state bodies.
  • High-level networking: Our members hold true to the tradition of high-level representation making sure that monthly meetings, conferences, and other events are attended by the very leadership of companies.
  • Working committees: Companies can join AFchamber committees – Legal, Tax, and Finance; Human Resources and Labor Regulation; Women Professional and Education Committee– or propose establishing a new one to share best practices, discuss challenges and opportunities, and find solutions together with other members of the business community. The Committees develop strategies, implement projects, and organize events.
  • Business services: The Chamber offers services to its members like market research, finding partners, organizing B2B meetings and building linkages with the public institutions on paid basis.

The Chamber is the co-organizer of the EU-Azerbaijan Business Forum in 2020-2022. AFchamber is a co-author of the “EU Business Climate Report Azerbaijan 2020”. AFchamber is a key partner of MEDEF International.
