AFchamber Held Its Annual General Meeting
On 10 February 2022, AFchamber held its annual General Meeting in partnership with Hennessy officially distributed by Master Blend. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the member companies.
The event started with the opening speeches of Ms. Teyba Guliyeva, Chair of the Management Board and Zacharie Gross, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan. They welcomed all participants and gave brief information about activities of the Chamber to the development of economic relations in the business community.
Zibar Huseynova, Managing Director of the Chamber, welcomed and presented the newly joined members- Rufat Mammadov from Azer-Maya CJSC, Mahru Norton from NESS Co. LTD, Babek Aghayev from Prosol CJSC, Nisa Mutallimova from Ibis Baku City Hotel, Ulviyya Zeynalova-Bockin from Dentons Europe (Central Asia) Limited – with AFchamber member certificates. She presented the Chamber’s budget report, annual activities, the Working Committees’ projects, informed participants about the future projects planned by the Chamber. All Committees’ Chairs briefed companies on the activities of the committees.
Representatives of the member companies approved:
– Annual Cost Estimate Plan 2022.
– Annual Event Report 2021.
– Managing Director mandate of Zibar Huseynova for next two years.
The General Meeting continued with a networking session.
