AFchamber HR Academy IV Successfully Completed.
On 5 July 2025, the closing ceremony of the AFchamber HR Academy IV was held with the participation of AFchamber Board Members, trainers and participants, and alumni of the first HR Academy.
The Ceremony started with opening remarks by Emin Bagirov, AFchamber Board Member, Regional Manager at Steelcase, and Zakir Soltanov, Managing Director at Afchamber. In their speeches, they emphasized the vital role of the AFchamber HR Academy in training and empowering young professionals. They also expressed their gratitude to the trainers, participants, and everyone who contributed to the success of the program.
Tarana Gurbanova, Chair of the Human Capital and Education Committee, and HR Director at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, gave general information about the activities done within the 2-month Program and thanked all trainers for their valuable contributions to the development of the Program and the progress of the young HR professionals. The participants of the program also mentioned that AFchamber HR Academy was a very useful and informative experience to guide their career path.
The closing ceremony continued with speeches from the trainers, followed by the presentation of certificates and diplomas to the participants.
AFchamber HR Academy IV is a 2-month program, initiated by AFchamber Human Capital and Education Committee, for young HR professionals and graduates. The Program aimed to provide training courses to help young HR professionals and students improve their skills and knowledge with practical tools, get ready for the labor market.
