On June 7th, the AFchamber HR Committee, in partnership with Willis Towers Watson, successfully organized a presentation of Azerbaijan WTWco Salary Survey for 2023. The event aimed to provide valuable insights into the compensation trends prevailing in the Azerbaijani workforce.
The presentation featured Cagla Soysal, RDI Practice Leader for Turkey & Azerbaijan and Associate Director, at Willis Towers Watson as the esteemed guest speaker.
She presented the Azerbaijan Salary Survey 2023, sharing her expertise and highlighting the latest trends and findings from the survey, tailored specifically for the Azerbaijani markets. She also emphasized that report of Azerbaijan WTWco salary survey for 2023 should be ready in September.
