AFchamber Human and Education Committee Held Business Breakfast on “AI in the Workforce: Case Studies from Azerbaijan”
On October 9, 2025, AFchamber Human and Education Committee held a Business Breakfast at the Ibis Baku City Hotel, dedicated to the topic “AI in the Workforce: Case Studies from Azerbaijan.”
The event brought together leading professionals from the fields of human resources, education, and technology to exchange ideas and discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming the workforce and human capital development landscape in Azerbaijan.
The event started with opening remarks by Mr. Emin Bagirov, AFchamber Board Member, who emphasized the importance of fostering dialogue among HR professionals on emerging technological trends. This was followed by a welcome address from Ms. Tarana Gurbanova (Assoc. CIPD), Chair of the Human and Education Committee, who highlighted the need for collaboration between academia, business, and industry practitioners in exploring the applications of AI tools in the workplace.
Following the opening session, the event continued with insightful keynote presentations by:
