AFchamber in partnership with EY Academy held the workshop on “Change Management”
On 16 April 2024, AFchamber in partnership with EY Academy of Business held a workshop on “Change Management” with the guest speaker, Kamilya Syzdykova, Head Methodologist at EY Academy of Business Caucasus and Central Asia, Fellow ACCA member, and Certified Professional Behavior Analyst.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively navigate organizational change within their businesses.
Zibar Huseynova, Managing Director at AFchamber, welcomed all participants and introduced the guest speaker.
The seminar was followed by the presentation of Kamilya Syzdykova, covering various aspects of change management, including its principles, challenges, and implementation strategies. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in lively discussions and interactive sessions throughout the seminar.
