Program details:
The RISE Mentorship Program is designed to support mid-career women professionals who are seeking guidance on how to advance or transform their careers. This program will provide participants with the tools, resources, and support necessary to develop leadership skills, gain career clarity, and move forward with confidence. By pairing experienced mentors with eager mentees, the program fosters a growth-oriented community that helps women reach their professional goals.
Duration: 6 months
Format: One-on-one mentorship and an orientation session
Target Audience: Mid-career women professionals, members of the Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry and non-members
Deadline for application: 30 September, 2025 | 18:00
Program Objectives:
The RISE Mentorship Program aims to:
· Develop Leadership Skills: Equip mentees with leadership and decision-making tools to thrive in their careers.
· Clarify Career Pathways: Help mentees define clear career goals and create actionable steps to achieve them.
· Foster Confidence and Professional Growth: Enhance self-assurance in mentees and facilitate personal and professional development.
· Expand Networks: Build lasting connections between mentees, mentors, and industry professionals.
· Support Work-Life Balance: Provide strategies for managing professional and personal responsibilities effectively.
Mentorship Structure:
- Orientation Session:
The program begins with an orientation session where mentees and mentors are introduced, roles are clarified, and program expectations are set. Participants will have the chance to define their goals and understand the structure of the mentorship journey.
- One-on-One Meetings:
Monthly one-on-one meetings between mentors and mentees will focus on setting career goals, reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and developing leadership skills. These personalized sessions ensure targeted, actionable advice.
- Graduation Ceremony:
At the conclusion of the program, mentees and mentors will be celebrated in a graduation ceremony where achievements will be recognized, and participants will receive certificates or awards.
