Azerbaijan-French Business Forum held in Baku

On 11th of July, on the occasion of the visit of MEDEF Business Delegation, Azerbaijan-French Business Forum held in Baku. Jointly organized by the Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), and with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan brought together hundreds of business leaders from Baku and France.

The forum began with the opening speech of Mr. Shahin Mustafayev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He spoke about increased economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and France and emphasized the importance of the Forum for discussing prospects for bilateral cooperation.

The other honoured guests of the Forum – Mr. Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux, President of MEDEF; Mrs. Aurelia Bouchez, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the French Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan; Mr. Yusif Abdullayev, Head of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) shared their views on opportunities for further expansion of bilateral relations.
