Elshan Zeynalov, Board Member of AFchamber was awarded the National Order of Merit
On May 5, Elshan Zeynalov, Board Member of AFchamber and the Regional Director of ALSTOM for Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan was awarded the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite).
The award was presented by the French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross. The Ambassador also spoke about the activities of the French company Alstom in Azerbaijan and noted the successful cooperation with CJSC «Azerbaijan Railways».
Zeynalov thanked for the award and said that the company he represents is ready to support the proposed construction of a tram network in Baku, Ganja, and Aghdam. He also pointed to wide opportunities for the development of cooperation in Azerbaijan.
