AFchamber HR Academy IV was launched!
On 18 May, the AFchamber HR Academy launched its fourth edition — a two-month program designed to equip young HR professionals and students with practical tools, knowledge, and skills to prepare them for the labor market.
Zakir Soltanov, Managing Director of AFchamber, and Tarana Gurbanova, Chair of the Human Capital and Education Committee, and HR Director at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, opened the first training session. They welcomed participants, introduced the AFchamber HR Academy, and provided an overview of the program.
The first session featured Vusala Gasimova, Legal Assistant Manager, and Tarana Gurbanova as trainers. They shared their experiences in HR management, discussing the fundamentals of human resources and the regulation of labor relations.
