AFchamber HR Academy was launched!
On 19 November 2022, AFchamber HR Academy started a 2-month Program aimed to provide training courses to help young HR professionals and students improve their skills and knowledge with practical tools, and get ready for the labor market.
Samira Najafova, Chair of the Human Resources and Labor Regulation Committee opened the first training session. She briefed participants about the AFchamber HR Academy and informed attendees about the AFchamber HR Academy program details.
Tarana Gurbanova, Deputy Cahir of the Human Resources and Labor Regulation Committee and HR Manager at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan participated in the first session as a trainer. She shared her experience in HR Management with the participants. She talked about the fundamentals of HR management and the regulation of labor relations.
