AFchamber HR Committee Organized “HR Meetup Breakfast” Event on the topic of “Compensation and Benefits”.
On April 5, 2023, the Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AFchamber) Human Resources Committee organized a successful “HR Meetup Breakfast” event focusing on the crucial topic of “Compensation and Benefits.” The event brought together HR representatives from various companies and industries, providing a valuable opportunity for HR professionals to network, share knowledge, and exchange experiences.
Davud Gambarzade, Deputy Chair of the Committee, L&D, Talent Manager at Holcim OJSJ, started the event with opening remarks, followed by a series of ice-breaking questions to encourage interaction among the attendees.
Samira Najafova, Chair of the Human Resources and Labor Regulation Committee, and Country HR Manager at Alstom, then presented case studies and different group works to engage the audience and promote collaborative learning.
As part of the event, Tarana Gurbanova, Deputy Chair of the Committee and HR Director at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, shared the results of the Compensation and Benefits Survey, highlighting the critical role that benefits play in attracting and retaining top talent.
The event continued with a lively discussion of high-level Human Resource experts and managers that attended the event.
