AFchamber HR Committee organized “HR Meetup Breakfast” event
On 26 January 2023, the Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce, and Industry (AFchamber) Human Resources Committee organized the “HR Meetup breakfast” event.
The purpose of the event is to inspire lively discussions among our members and motivate them to share their ideas, thoughts, and professional ambitions for 2023.
The event started with opening remarks by Samira Najafova, Chair of the Human Resources and Labor Regulation Committee, and Country HR Manager at Alstom and she presented a video report of activities, projects, and events of the AFchamber HR Committee.
Further, Davud Gambarzade, Deputy Chair of Committee, L&D, Talent Manager at Holcim OJSJ, presented questions through the program to emphasize the importance of important topics on HR Trends and Challenges of 2023.
Tarana Gurbanova, Deputy Chair of the Committee and HR Director at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, moderated to discuss the results of the responses related to HR trends and challenges in 2023.
The HR Meetup breakfast continued with a lively discussion of high-level Human Resource experts and managers that attended the event.
