AFchamber HR Academy III Successfully Completed
On 28 January 2023, the closing ceremony of the AFchamber HR Academy III was held with the participation of trainers and participants, and alumni of the first HR Academy.
The Ceremony started with opening remarks by Zibar Huseynova, Managing Director at Afchamber and she talked about the role of AFchamber HR Academy in training young professionals. She thanked to the trainers, participants, and all who made AFchamber HR Academy happen.
Samira Najafova, Chair of the Human Resources and Labor Regulation Committee, and Country HR Manager at Alstom , gave general information about the activities done within the 2-month Program and thanked all trainers for their valuable contributions to the development of the Program and the progress of the young HR professionals. The participants of the program also mentioned that AFchamber HR Academy was a very useful and informative experience to guide their career path. Trainers highlighted that HR Academy is an excellent tool to teach young professionals the basics of HR management.
The closing ceremony continued with the presentation of certificates, and diplomas to the participants and awards to the new trainers of HR Academy III.
AFchamber HR Academy III is a 2-month program, initiated by AFchamber HR Committee, for young HR professionals and graduates. The Program aimed to provide training courses to help young HR professionals and students improve their skills and knowledge with practical tools, get ready for the labor market.
