On 7 December, AFchamber Human Resources And Labor Regulation Committee held an online event on innovations in the “Labor and Employment” (ƏMAS) subsystem with the participation Deputy Director of DOST Digital Innovation Center – Vusal Masiyev.
The event started with the opening speech of Samira Najafova, Chair of the AFchamber Human Resources And Labor Regulation Committee.
During the event, Guest speaker Vusal Masiyev talked about innovations in the ƏMAS subsystem and advantages of the system for citizens and employers. He emphasized that, in addition to the unemployed and jobseekers, a personal cabinet is formed in ƏMAS for those who are employed, so that a person who has been hired or is in the process of being hired can see the employment contracts concluded with him, information about labor activities, relevant orders, requests to the employer and can manage.
The event continued with a lively discussion and question and answer session between Vusal Masiyev and participiants.
