Tourism Session of “Post-COVID-19: Recovering SMEs” Online Conference was held
On July 1, 2020, the Tourism Session of the online conference “Post-COVID-19: Recovering SMEs”, organized by CCIAF in partnership with KOBIA, was held. The session was attended by Ilham Rajabov, Risk Assurance Associate at PwC Azerbaijan, and Gunay Bayramova, Head of Division at the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as guest speakers.
Gunay Bayramova, a representative of the Agency noted that mainly financial support programs are being prepared for SMEs and she provided information about those programs. she spoke about the “SAHMAN” program and informed the participants in detail about the purpose of the program and how to join the program.
Speaking about the digitalization of tourism, Ilham Rajabov informed the participants about the importance of digitalization and the stages of digitalization of business. He also spoke about the ecosystem, its criteria, and individual customer services. Participants were informed about the necessary measures for the implementation of sustainable and effective activities.
The seminar was followed by the Q&A session, the speakers answered the questions of the participants.
