Title: Member Relations and Communication Officer

Organization: Azerbaijan-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AFchamber)

Position type: Part time (09:00-13:00)

Start date: End of Februay

Salary: 400 AZN net

About AFchamber

AFchamber is a non-governmental organization, with the key mission to promote public-private partnership and further develop business and commercial relations between Azerbaijan and France.

Job duties:

  • Manage communication with the member companies
  • Arranging meetings with public and private bodies
  • Coordinate membership matters including answering inquiries and receiving membership payments and various applications.
  • Develop and prepare letters, contracts, notices to keep the members,
  • Board and business community representatives informed of activities of the Chamber
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of the Chamber etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, proficiency in English
  • National of Azerbaijan or resident in the country with a regular work permit
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar filed.
