AFchamber HR Committee held event on “HR Business Partnering”, with Chimnaz Gasimova, Executive Director of Opalus Partners Group
On 29 april 2022, AFchamber HR and Labor Regulation Committee held the workshop event on “HR Business Partnering”, with the participation of Chimnaz Gasimova, Executive Director at Opalus Partners Group. The event started with opening speech of Samira Najafova, Chair at HR, and Labor Regulation Committee of AFchamber.
The purpose of event was to discuss and inform Senior and Mid-level HR specialists about the strategic issues of advising and supporting managers, also helping them implement high-performing, innovative, and integrated HR practices. Chimnaz Gasimova gave detailed information about human resource policies, strategies and procedures throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, values of the organization based on latest research and her professional experiences.
The HR managers and specialists of different local and international companies, as well as public institutions actively participated in the event.
The meeting continued with answering questions from attendees.
